The Mill sleeps six people comfortably in four bedrooms, one of which is downstairs. There are two bathrooms and a shower room.

There is a bewitching garden with a summer house, an outdoor seating area with a BBQ. A burn (Scottish for stream) runs through it spanned by a little wooden bridge.
